New Free Pandemic 2020 Coloring Page #42
Copy, Print, Color, Share
Today is day 136 of quarantine and the teachers and staff for our school district went back to school to start planning. I know that teaching virtually while their own students may be home learning virtually from other teachers will be a very difficult task so to everyone who does not have to be at work out of the home, please, stay safe, stay home, stay strong. The sooner we can get the Coronavirus spread under control, the sooner students can get back to school and parents can focus on their work and lives can get back to normal. If you need to go out for essentials, remember that #maskssavelives. If you need a list of sources to get masks, I can provide that. I have found many great individuals and companies working hard to make masks. Check back on Wednesday for another new coloring page.

Leave a comment if you would like a link list for masks...

Quarantine day #131. I'm enjoying these abstract coloring pages. Very relaxing to draw and just as relaxing to color.

Today, I have a question for you. What are you doing to stay sane during this pandemic? Read? Garden? Bake? Clean? Draw? Write? I'd love to know what calms you during this stressful time and I hope my coloring pages have been helpful.

Stay safe and please tell your friends about my blog - I post a new free coloring page every Monday and Wednesday. - Thanks.

It's day 129 of quarantine for the COVID19 pandemic and numbers are still on the rise in Georgia. Our Superintendent and school board (like many) have decided that all students will do remote learning until it is safe to return to face 2 face classes. I know there are people upset about this and I know if will may be difficult for many to work full time with your kids home on a computer much of the day trying to navigate through school classes and assignments. These are unprecedented times and all I can suggest is that you take it a day at a time. Set up your children with designated work spaces with the tools he or she or they will need. I wish you all well and hope that you are able to manage these difficult challenges of childcare, safety, and education while accomplishing tasks associated with working and managing your living space. #staysafe Let's flatten this curve so we can get our children back to school.

Check back here every Monday and Wednesday for a new free coloring page!

This isn't a political statement, just a message to be considerate of others. We are on day 124 of quarantine and it doesn't look like it will end soon unless people listen to science and are considerate of those around them. Be safe.

Today is day 122 of quarantine. With the stress of schools opening up and other things in my life, I've needed to draw so I've been creating a bunch of new coloring pages. I'll continue posting on Mondays and Wednesdays and I'm also creating a coloring book of pages that haven't been posted on my blog so if you need more coloring, I'll have you covered. Stay safe.

New Free Pandemic 2020 Coloring Page #37

Today is day 117 of quarantine and it feels like a roller-coaster of emotions. From enjoying my time to write and work in the garden to stressed about what school will look like this fall for my kids. I miss having lunch once in a while with a friend. I miss hanging out at the pool with my kids and their friends. Wear the mask, keep social distancing, let's flatten the curve, lower the death rate and get this virus out of our country.

On a side note - I'm considering illustrating an adult coloring book and one for kids. Theme? Maybe birds, maybe just abstract like today's page, maybe empowering messages combined with abstract designs. Leave a message below if you think that you'd be interested in a coloring book and go ahead and let me know if a theme interests you - the price point would be about $6 for 30 coloring pages. - Thanks.

Day 103 of Quarantine

All I can really say about today's coloring page is that I have been spending quite a bit of time outside enjoying the weather, my garden, and the birds. The pandemic is stressful. Not knowing what school will look like for our children is stressful. Your work situation might be stressful. Take a few minutes and get outside everyday (even if it's raining) and breathe. Just listen and breathe.

It is day 101 of quarantine for me and my family. This ribbon represents that we all need just to keep moving and going with the flow (I could have done a water scene). Stay safe, wear a mask when you are in public spaces, and keep coming back for coloring pages every Monday and Wednesday.

This is a Blue Gray Gnatcatcher - it's a bird found in Georgia and other southern states. I have really enjoyed listening and watching the birds while working in my garden so I dedicated this week's coloring pages (and probably next week) to Georgia birds. Stay safe, smell the flowers, listen to the birds.

The Brown Thrasher is the state bird of Georgia and they are such a wonderful bird to watch in my yard. The other day, a baby Cardinal fell out of its nest and the parents were trying to get it to hop up the steps, but ended up just guiding it under a bush. Shortly after, I watched two Brown Thrashers carry worms to the baby Cardinal. The Cardinal parents and two Brown Thrashers were working together to help this baby bird survive. What a great model for our country. Totally different types of birds working together. We are all one.
