New Free Coloring Page!
Copy, Print, Color, Share
We are now on week 6 of quarantine. How are you? I won't judge. Are you baking like crazy? Have you developed a new hobby? Taught yourself to crochet on YouTube? Started a garden? I'll tell you, I waver back and forth between itching to get out to favorite restaurants and enjoying baking bread at home with my children. As the weather is improving, I'm enjoying time outside in my garden and walking the dog, but I miss my routine of getting what we need at the grocery store and planning my meals based on what sounds good to eat rather than what we have available in the kitchen. In any case, I continue to stay home and stay safe and I hope you can do that, too. No specific reason for the floating spheres today, just created whatever my arm led me to create. I hope you enjoy it as a coloring page.

If you like my drawings and want to check out my Etsy shop called Doodling Rocks, click on the link, give a heart to the designs you like, order something for yourself or a gift if you want to (no pressure). Please share my shop with friends or family if you like it.  - Thank you.

New Free Pandemic 2020 Coloring Page!
Day 40 here in Georgia and Governor Kemp is opening gyms, tattoo parlors, hair salons, nail salons, bowling alleys and more. I can't imagine how people are going to maintain social distancing of 6 feet apart while getting a haircut or manicure, so I will not be participating in this until it is safe and Georgia has a significant decrease in COVID19 cases for fourteen days. If you own one of these businesses, good luck to you and your employees. I am soo sorry that this pandemic is causing you and your business such hardship.

I drew a strange plant today because it is spring in Georgia and I work in my garden everyday that it isn't raining. Growing fruits, veggies, and spices is relaxing and gives me a way to give something back to the earth.

If you are enjoying my free coloring pages and would like to see more of my artwork, check out my Etsy shop called Doodling Rocks. My shop is full of my handlettered designs on shirts, hoodies, totes, mugs, hats, and more. Please "like" and share my shop if you enjoy it. Thank you.

New Free Pandemic 2020 Coloring Page for EARTH DAY!
Copy, print, color, share.
Today is April 22, 2020 and that means its Earth Day. A day to stop stressing about COVID19 and go outside (on your own property). Work in your garden or just sit in the grass and read a book or stare at the trees or sky. Take a moment today to stop and appreciate nature and know that whatever happens with the pandemic, the world will keep turning and the plants will continue to grow. Breathe. Relax. Contemplate the big picture.

Scroll down for past Pandemic 2020 free coloring pages. This one is my 13th since we have been in quarantine and I will continue to draw them for you and your family to enjoy. Coloring is a proven method to reduce stress. I hope they give you a little joy.

If you are enjoying my drawing style, please check out my Etsy shop called Doodling Rocks. My shop is full of my hand lettered designs on shirts, hats, mugs, hoodies, totes, and more.

New Free Pandemic 2020 Coloring Page!
Day 37 here in Georgia and I'm giving this coloring page the title of GEORGIA ON MY MIND. Why? Yesterday, Governor Kemp decided that this Friday bowling alleys, hair salons, nail salons, tatoo parlors, etc... should OPEN! He also decided that sit down areas of restaurants are back open starting this coming Monday. C'mon, Kemp, we currently have over 1100 confirmed cases of COVID19 in Georgia and nowhere near the number of tests we need. Stay safe out there, Georgians.

So, back to the coloring page. Print, color, share. I hope that coloring in my pages has helped you or your children reduce a bit of the anxiety caused by the Pandemic or just given you something fun to do with your kids. The fact that you are building your hand/eye coordination while coloring is a bonus.

If you are enjoying my coloring pages and would like to check out more of my art. My Etsy shop is called Doodling Rocks and is full of my hand lettered designs (not my coloring pages) on shirts, hoodies, hats, bags, and more.

New Free Pandemic 2020 Coloring Page for all ages!
Print, Color, Share

Day 35 of quarantine for my family. During this time, my husband has been to the grocery store twice, that's it. I hope you and your family are staying put and helping to flatten the curve. While at home, we are working on school work, drawing, baking, gardening. I'm crocheting hat for Cancer patients (which I will submit when it is safe to do so). I have also been teaching my kids to skateboard, unicycle and hacky sack (that is what it was called when I was a teen, currently this sport is called footbag). I hope you are finding fun things to do or do together with those you are quarantined with.

If you are enjoying my coloring pages and would like to check out more of my art. My Etsy shop is called Doodling Rocks and has my hand lettered designs on shirts, hoodies, hats, mugs, bags, and more.

New Free Pandemic 2020 Coloring Page!
Print, Color, Share
I'm seeing pictures of snow on posts from people in Maine and Colorado, but down here in Georgia, it is about 70 degrees and the flowers in my garden are popping up. I realize that while you are staying in, you may not be able to actually stop and smell the flowers, but my point is that we could all take a moment to stop stressing and appreciate what we have. Maybe you have your spouse or your children or your pet with you. Hopefully you have shelter and food (even if you are trying to create meals with 1 left over hot dog bun, instant oatmeal, and a slice of bacon from the back of the freezer). If you are feeling anxious about the pandemic or the news of the pandemic, take a moment to close your eyes, breathe, enjoy a warm mug of hot cocoa or tea and think of things that calm you. We are all in this together.

If you are enjoying my coloring pages and would like to check out more of my art. My Etsy shop is called Doodling Rocks and has my hand lettered designs on shirts, hoodies, hats, mugs, bags, and more.

New Coloring Page!
The World Health Organization says we should, "Be informed, Be prepared, Be smart, and Be safe," so I put that into my Pandemic Art Journal and have a page to share with you. I'll digitally color this one and add that to my journal, too. It is day 4 of Passover and tomorrow is Easter so hang in there. We are all muddling through this together. Copy, paste, print, share.

If you like my pages, check back for more in the upcoming days, and if you just like my art, check out my Etsy shop, Doodling Rocks!

New Coloring Page!

Quarantine Day 27 and I'm craving french fries. In any case, a friend posted this quote yesterday and it made me feel a little bit better. No matter how stressful this is, no matter how scary this is, the sun will continue to rise. This page is free to download, copy, paste, color, and share.

If you like my art, check out my Etsy shop: Doodling Rocks for my art on shirts and hoodies and mugs and hats and bags and more. (Sorry, the Etsy products aren't free, they help me pay for art supplies so I can continue to create.)

Pandemic Art Journaling...

It is day 26 of quarantine for me and my family. One of my favorite ways to relieve stress is to draw. Last week, I started a new Pandemic 2020 art journal and after drawing the first page, I decided to share my pages as coloring sheets for both adults and children before actually coloring or painting them in myself.

I've now created 6 pages that I've shared on Facebook in various groups as well as on my own personal and professional page (Alison K Hertz - Author/Illustrator). Since coloring is a proven way to relieve stress and anxiety, I've made these pages free for download so you can color them or share them with a friend or family member who might need them.

We are all in this together (hmm, that might be my next page) so print, share, color. I'd love it if you would mention that I created the page if and when you post your colored masterpiece on social media. You can just include the link to this blog so your friends and family can find other pages to color.

Here are the pages (in chronological order) ... may them bring a bit of peace to you and your family.

Check back for more coloring pages coming soon!

If you color in the Thank You page,
please share it with helpers in your life.
